At The Student Tutors Group, we think a little differently about private tuition. We believe that London's brightest and most inspiring students make fantastic tutors and our clients agree! All of our tutors are either current London students or have recently graduated from a top UK university.

The agency was first established in 2011, when Sam was in his first year studying Medicine at Imperial College London. Whilst at Imperial, Sam started tutoring family friends and quickly realised there was a demand for young and enthusiastic tutors. Surrounded by many smart and professional fellow students, he decided to found Imperial Student Tutors, an agency offering Maths & Science tuition from Imperial students.

 

As the business grew, it quickly became evident that students were popular and effective tutors and requests for a range of different subjects came in. We got into contact with other London Universities and started to offer tuition from other specialist universities, allowing us to expand the number of subjects we offered. Our philosophy has always been to provide a specialist and bespoke service, taking time to understand the exact requirements of our clients and personally matching them with a  tutor, skilled, enthusiastic and professional enough to inspire and surpass our client's expectations.

In early 2015, the business was renamed The Student Tutors Group, to reflect the growth and breadth of subjects we now offer. With the network of contacts we have built up within London universities, we strongly believe we will always be able to find the right tutor for you, no matter the request!

In recent years we have focussed on building our portfolio of talented tutors as well as expanding our online services, including Skype tuition.
